I photographed Kristen in several areas around her home, but one of the most meaningful moments came when she wrapped herself in a shawl knitted for her by a fellow cancer survivor. The warmth of that relationship, as well as the loving support of her family and friends, came out in this photograph (made with natural light and a touch of bounced flash).
