I was happy to hear that Michael and Jonathan were renting a beach house in Provincetown when I approached them about a photo shoot. Michael and son Luis had just come back from a long bike ride, so the family was content to relax in the house for some portraits. I found that the connection among the three of them to be moving and inspirational.
